Data access for geostationary cloud products

The Level-2 Geostationary Cloud Products can be accessed through the archive web interface and the FTP server. Data sets are shown in the online archive exactly as they are stored on disk: in the GEO directory, then ordered by sensor, product ID, year, and date, following this convention:
GEO/<satellite><±dddd>/<productID>.v<X-XX>/<YYYY>/<YYYY_MM_DD>
where:
<satellite> = MSG, GOES, MTSAT, HIMAWARI
<±dddd> = sub-satellite longitude. Longitude ranges from -180 to 180 degrees. The format is a signed 4-digit number representing the longitude rounded to 1/10th of a degree (no comma). Example: +0095 is 9.5°E.
<productID> = SAFNWC or MT_GEOCLD-SAFNWC
v<X-XX> = Product version (no product version for the SAFNWC cloud products)
MSG+0000/SAFNWC
GOES-0750/SAFNWC
GOES-1350/SAFNWC
MTSAT-1450/SAFNWC
MSG+0000/MT_GEOCLD-SAFNWC.v1.03
MSG+0095/MT_GEOCLD-SAFNWC.v1.03
GOES-0600/MT_GEOCLD-SAFNWC.v1.03
GOES-0750/MT_GEOCLD-SAFNWC.v1.03
GOES-1350/MT_GEOCLD-SAFNWC.v1.03
MTSAT+1400/MT_GEOCLD-SAFNWC.v1.03
MTSAT+1450/MT_GEOCLD-SAFNWC.v1.03
HIMAWARI/MT_GEOCLD-SAFNWC.v1.03
<YYYY_MM_DD>= Date (Year, Month, Day)

Access to the on-line archive using FTP either from a terminal:
ftp ftp.icare.univ-lille1.fr
and change directory to SPACEBORNE/GEO
or from a web browser:
ftp://ftp.icare.univ-lille1.fr/SPACEBORNE/GEO
ftp://<user>@ftp.icare.univ-lille1.fr/SPACEBORNE/GEO
ftp://<user>:<password>@ftp.icare.univ-lille1.fr/SPACEBORNE/GEO
<user> = registered user name
<password> = registered password
URLs may include a full path that reproduces the archive tree structure to access a specific sensor, product, and date. Example:
